Bindu Kapoor is a traditionally married East Asian woman with an 'IT' successful but stuffy husband. Her best-friend; Pinky Devan is a free spirited 'very single' woman, who gets herself into one love scrape after another that Bindu continuously must get her out of or Pinky's ultra traditional family back in India will make her come home! Until one fateful night Bindu herself falls in love with Pinky's arranged fiancé! Not wanting to break Pinky's heart, ruin her own life or become a scandal herself in the close knit, gossipy Desi community of Los Angeles; Bindu cooks up one love scheme after another to get Pinky married off before the truth comes out.
